First of all you need to get a Income certificate before you applying to convert white card to blue card.. For this purpose you must approach a Village accountant with a prescribed application form. He will sign and verify  yyour family income send forward to Revenue inspector then file will move to the deputy thahasildar then finally to the table of thahasildar  aand he will digitally sign  aan issue the certificate.  Once you get the income certificate an  which is  mmatch withincom  ccriteria for blue card you can apply now for same.

For this, a written application is to be submitted to the Taluk supply officer. When sufficient vacancy with blue card arises in the taluk and Govt order for conversion is issued, the application will be considered on seniority basis.
