I have SBI Fastag and submitted all the relevant documents for KYC updation. My Tag is pending for KYC updation and recharging is not allowed and I tried to contact the provider but in vain. Can I go for new Fastag from other provider and then surrender the existing one?

The new provider would not be able to issue you a new FASTag until the previous one is not closed. Kindly contact the issuer bank SBI to expedite the process. Else you may call 1033 NHAI helpline.
