സൗദിയിലെ ജനന സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് അത് നല്‍കിയ അവിടെത്തെ അധികാരികള്‍ക്ക് മാത്രമേ തിരുത്തുവാന്‍ കഴിയുകയുള്ളൂ.ജനന സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്‍കിയ അധികാരിയെ കണ്ട് വിഷയം അന്വേഷിക്കുക. കുട്ടിയുടെ ജനനം നാട്ടില്‍ രജിസ്ടര്‍ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലെങ്കില്‍ 1969 ജനന മരണ രജിസ്ട്രേഷന്‍ ആക്ട്‌ അനുസരിച്ച് കുട്ടിയുടെ ജനനം നാട്ടിലെ പഞ്ചായത്ത്/ മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റിയിൽ രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുക. സ്കൂൾ രേഖയിലേതു പോലെ ജനന രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ പേര് ചേർത്തുനല്കുന്നതാണ്.
