This is to inform you that you have to maintain a minimum balance threshold in your account to avoid getting it blacklisted every now & then, secondly, recharge your tag at least 45 min. to 1 hour prior to your visit to a toll plaza so that whatever time it takes to reflect it in your account it should be updated in the same time. Thirdly, if you pay in cash and the amount has also been deducted from your account you can always raise a chargeback from your FASTag issuer bank. Hope it helps.
