How to complain about a Ration Shop in Kerala?

The Civil Supplies Department's Complaint Redressal Cell is set up with the aim of making public distribution companies more efficient and free of corruption. This allows the beneficiary to file their complaints. Complaint information can be uploaded with maximum evidence (including audio and video clips).
Legal action will be taken against those who upload false information.
Follow the below steps to complain about a ration shop in Kerala.
- Visit Civil Supplies Complaint website
- Click on പരാതി സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുക.
- Confirm that your complaint is not among any of the type mentioned above. Click on സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുക.
- Enter your basic details such as name, address and mobile number.
- Enter the details about your complaint.
- Upload the required documents and submit the complaint.

If you are in Kerala, any of the members mentioned in the ration card have a house of more than 1000 sq ft, own a car, monthly income is more than 25000 and, you are an income tax payer, you can hold ONLY a white Ration Card. If you are holding a card of any other colours,you need to apply for and get the change one before 30 June 2021. Or else, there are some fines specified. Is it true ? The ration card on my wife's name in which I am also a member, is blue. In this Covid scenario when lockdown is enforced, how do I get the change done? Where and how do I apply for the change?
