There are not many formalities involved in changing the house name.
- Get a house board with the name of the house and affix it in front of your house
- Write an application to Post Office informing them to deliver the mails in the new house name to your address.
- Apply for a residential certificate from Panchayat with the address mentioning the name of your house.
