The 2nd owner (executant) can register GPA in Delhi without the presence of 1st owner (Attorney)

Only the executant's presence is sufficient in sub-registrar office to register GPA in favor of an attorney (who is in different geography)

Executant and 2 witness presence is mandatory in sub-registrar office, attorney presence is optional.
