Yes, 

Though the property is jointly owned, the applicant can be any one of the joint owner. 

You can apply for khata transfer if any one of the joint owners has aadhar with mobile number linked with aadhar. 

When you file the khata application on Sakala Online service, apply as single owner instead joint owner, The BBMP cross verifies sale deed uploaded in khata application and issues the khata in joint owners even though filed the application as single owner.
