Please wait for 30 working days (not the 30 days)
Sakala helpline is active between 9.30 am to 5.30p. Based on my experience, Sakala helpline never missed a call in working days. They are very active in assisting citizens
Ensure you contact Sakala helpline on working days between 9.30 am to 5.30. Here is the correct contact number 080-44554455
Here is their email ID sakala@nic.in

The Khata transfer service requires 30 working days to be approved (excluding government holidays). Please contact the Sakala helpline at 080 44554455, along with your 15-digit Sakala GSC. They will raise an appeal against the delay.

The Sakala Act empowers citizen to raise an appeal for cases or delayed disposals and rejections. You can visit Sakala website and click on “APPEAL I” tab to raise appeal in sakala. The competent officer will hear your appeal and deliver the rightful verdict. If verdict goes in favour of citizen than the citizen will receive the service.
Further you can just visit Bangalore One centre and by submitting your BB number you can check whether your application has been approved for 2% payment, if approved kindly complete the pyment process.
Note- Sakala Helpline is functional from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
