Fastag owner name has a spelling mistake in ihcml Fastag portal because of this I'm denied transfer of money from my ihcml wallet to bank. I have closed the Fastag and has done KYC too but still can't transfer unused amount to bank.What to do?






You have to raise a name correction request with the NHAI helpline 1033 & when your name correction is completed you may proceed for FASTag surrender & wallet closure to get the unused amount refunded back to your account.
