I have bought a second hand car and that car was having a fastag of ICICI Bank which I didn't get with car. Later I take a new fastag of IDFC bank. And recharged it but the money goes in ICICI Bank's fastag which I am not having. What to do ?

Kindly contact the previous owner and ask him to raise a surrender request with the FASTag issuer bank ICICI & close the wallet.

Answered on December 30,2021I have recharged my fastag on 9th April 2021 with Rs.300. But my fastag is showing as blacklisted when my vehicle passed through fastag lane. Hence declined to move forward. Toll tax people are charging double of the amount to go through Fast tag lane. Further, I recharged with Rs. 150 and after passing through two tolls thereafter for the amount not more than total of Rs 60, my current balance next day is again Rs.0.00. What should I do?
You need to raise a complaint with the FASTag issuer bank for timely redressal of the same.
