I have NHAI wallet fastag. I requested for replacement in the portal and balance is available in waller and bought new NHAI fastag through Flipkart as per customer care 1033 advice. I got the fastag of IDFC . Now how to transfer the amount available in NHAI wallet to new fastag of IDFC or withdraw the amount. The old fastag is still in replacement status.
