When I crossed the toll it was wrongly debited an amount of Rs.475/- for an LMV on 30-01-2021. It was now black listed. Raised chargeback with Airtel Payments bank. Response is very poor and so far it is not resolved. Secondly as it was black listed the fastag is not effective for usage. What is the solution ?
