When I crossed the toll it was wrongly debited an amount of Rs.475/- for an LMV on 30-01-2021. It was now black listed. Raised chargeback with Airtel Payments bank. Response is very poor and so far it is not resolved. Secondly as it was black listed the fastag is not effective for usage. What is the solution ?

Mail your concern to airtel customer care or try calling them, you can also call on NHAI helpline no. 1033 or mail your grievance at etc.nodal@ihmcl.com So here are a few ways to get it sorted.
