കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ കീഴിലുള്ള സ്ഥപനങ്ങളിലെ സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് കുടുംബ വാര്‍ഷിക വരുമാനം എട്ട് ലക്ഷം രൂപയില്‍ താഴെ ആയിരിക്കണം. കൂടാതെ അപേക്ഷകന്റെ/കുടുബത്തിന്റെ കൈവശം ചുവടെ പറയുന്ന പരിധിയില്‍ കവിഞ്ഞ ഭൂസ്വത്തുക്കള്‍ (വ്യത്യസ്ത സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ ഭൂമികൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ) ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടാകാനും പാടില്ല.
