I had closed my NHAI fast tag as I had to sell my car, and it was mentioned on the NHAI wallet website that the amount will be transferred to the given bank account which I had provided. Although the tag account is closed but the wallet is not closed and now i am not able to transfer the balance amount. How can I get my money in this case?

You need to close the wallet from the portal & the amount will be refunded in your bank account then. For any further enquiry you can call NHAI helpline 1033.
