You need to recharge your tag well before you cross through a toll at least 45 minutes prior. Yes if you are having low balance in your fastag & you enter fastag lane you will be charged double.

Hence declined to move forward. Toll tax people are charging double of the amount to go through Fast tag lane. Further, I recharged with Rs. 150 and after passing through two tolls thereafter for the amount not more than total of Rs 60, my current balance next day is again Rs.0.00. What should I do?
