കുട്ടിയെ സ്കൂളിൽ ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ സ്കൂൾ രേഖയിലേതു പോലെ മാത്രമേ ജനന രജിസ്റ്ററിലെ പേരിൽ തിരുത്തൽ വരുത്തുവാൻ കഴിയൂ. അതിനാലാണ് സ്കൂൾ രേഖ ഹാജരാക്കാൻ ആവശ്യപെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത് .എന്നാൽ ജനന രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ആദ്യമായാണ് പേര് ചേർക്കുന്നതെങ്കിൽ, സ്കൂൾ രേഖയിൽ സർ നെയിം ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും, ജനന രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ സർ നെയിം (ഇനിഷ്യലിന്റെ വികസിത രൂപം) ചേർത്ത് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
