By Calling the Toll Free Number
- Call the toll-free number 14546
- Choose whether you are an Indian citizen or an NRI
- Press 1 to give your consent for the re-verification of your mobile number using Aadhaar
- Enter your Aadhaar card number and confirm it by pressing 1
- An OTP is sent to your registered mobile number
- Give consent to idea mobile to access your name, photo and DOB from UIDAI’s database
- IVR reads out the last 4 digits of your idea mobile number
- If correct, enter the OTP received on your phone
- Press 1 to complete the reverification process
By Visiting the Store
- Visit your nearest Idea centre.
- Provide your idea mobile number and Aadhaar number.
- Idea store executive sends a 4-digit verification code on your mobile number.
- Provide this code to the executive.
- Now provide your biometric/fingerprint.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS within 24 hours.
- Reply with ‘Y’ to complete the reverification process.
