By Calling the Toll Free Number

  1. Call the toll-free number 14546
  2. Choose whether you are an Indian or an NRI
  3. Press 1 and give your consent to re-verify the mobile number using Aadhaar
  4. Enter your Aadhaar number and confirm it by pressing 1
  5. An OTP is sent to your registered mobile number
  6. Give consent to your operator to pick your name, photo and DOB from UIDAI
  7. IVR reads out the last 4 digits of your mobile number
  8. If correct, enter the OTP received
  9. Press 1 to complete the reverification process

By Visiting the Store

  1. Visit the nearest Airtel store.
  2. Carry a self-attested copy of your Aadhaar card as well
  3. Provide your mobile number to the executive

  5. Verify your biometrics using your fingerprints
  6. You will get a confirmation message within 24 hours.
