വീടുകളിൽ കേക്ക് നിർമ്മിച്ച വിൽപ്പന നടത്തുവാൻ  നിർബന്ധമായും FSSAI ലൈസൻസും രെജിസ്ട്രേഷനും എടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 5 ലക്ഷത്തിൽ താഴെ വിറ്റുവരവ് ഉള്ള സംരംഭങ്ങളെ   'നാനോ സംരഭ' വിഭാഗത്തിൽ പെടുത്തി വീട്ടു നമ്പർ ആധാരമാക്കി   രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷൻ എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
