അക്ഷയ വഴി Name correction എന്ന അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കുക. ശരിയായ പേര് ഉള്ള രേഖ Upload ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്..ഇതിനായി വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള one and same certificate / School certificate / Aadhaar card എന്നിവയിലേതെങ്കിലും ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
