പൊതു വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിന്റെ 2012 ലെ സേവനാവകാശ നിയമ പ്രകാരമുള്ള വിജ്ഞാപനത്തില്‍ 2001മുന്‍പുള്ള റെക്കോര്‍ഡ് കളിലെ ജനന തീയതി തിരുത്തുന്നതിന് 90 ദിവസവും 2001 ന് ശേഷമുള്ള റെക്കോര്‍ഡ് കളിലെ ജനന തീയതി തിരുത്തുന്നതിന് 60 ദിവസവും സമയ പരിധി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

Government of Kerala . Answered on August 12,2021ഭാര്യയുടെ ജനനം ആശുപത്രിയിൽ ആയിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ ജനന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഇതേവരെ കൈപ്പറ്റിയിട്ടില്ല. Community certificate വെച്ചാണ് അന്ന് സ്കൂളിൽ ചേർത്തത്. അതിൽ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്ന തെറ്റായ തീയതിയാണ് തുടർന്ന് ജനനത്തീയതിയായി റെക്കോർഡ് ചെയ്തു പോയത്.ഈ SSLC Certificate certificate ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഭാര്യ ഗസറ്റ് വിജ്ഞാപനത്തിലൂടെ പേര് മാറ്റിയിരുന്നു. ആ പേരിൽ ആധാറും, വോട്ടർ ID യും കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. വിവാഹ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും ഇപ്രകാരം കിട്ടി. ഭാര്യയുടെ ഗസറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് തിരുത്തിയ പേരിനൊപ്പം യഥാർത്ഥ ജനനത്തീയതി വീണ്ടെടുക്കാൻ എന്തു ചെയ്യണം.?
