While searching for online EC on Property Search with Flat, Apartment Number, Survey Number and Katha Number, too many records that don't belong to me are appearing. How to fix this issue to show only a selected flat number in selected survey or katha?

In EC search, Along with your property, too many other property may appear if the property description is same

To show only your EC, copy your registration number and paste in property description, Refer to arrow mark in below image

If you have multiple property, type comma (,) and add another registration number

Proceed with payment and submit the application

When sub-registrar office upload the EC, they upload only your property. Therefore when you download the signed EC, only your property shown in EC
