Power of Attorney (POA)
When we file khata application on Sakala Online Services, Aadhaar-based e-sign is mandatory.
If you don't have aadhaar, you can give POA to your trusted source, so your POA holder can e-sign the khata application on your behalf

Try using IE and redo the option of Application→Upload & e-sign documents, then it will go through
