We completed the Registration of a resale flat recently. When we went for Khata transfer,Village panchayat said that our names are listed twice as owners and cannot proceed with transfer. Issue is with entries done by reg. office. How to resolve?

The above issue is solved after the 2 entries entered (in their system) by Sub-Register office , ShivajiNagar (SRO) was deleted /Rejected and created a fresh entry (once) .

Then went back to Village Panchayat and submitted the required docs for Khata transfer .
