I have paid the fees for khata transfer at Bangalore One and the Sakala portal shows fees paid but I have not recd any notification on the steps as to when I can get my new khata. What can I do next?

The next step is that BBMP will upload the digital copy of your khata in 7 working days.  You can log into your sakala account and download the softcopy of your Khata

Also, you can visit the BBMP office and collect hard copy of your Khata

Sometimes, BBMP may not update the status on Sakala portal even after 7 working days, In such scenario, you can directly visit your BBMP ward office and collect the hard copy of Khata
