I have paid the fees for khata transfer at Bangalore One and the Sakala portal shows fees paid but I have not recd any notification on the steps as to when I can get my new khata. What can I do next?

The next step is that BBMP will upload the digital copy of your khata in 7 working days. You can log into your sakala account and download the softcopy of your Khata
Also, you can visit the BBMP office and collect hard copy of your Khata
Sometimes, BBMP may not update the status on Sakala portal even after 7 working days, In such scenario, you can directly visit your BBMP ward office and collect the hard copy of Khata

Kindly login to your registered account through which you had applied for Khatha, on approval you will be able to download the Khatha Certificate from same account. Further if service is delayed- The Sakala Act empowers citizen to raise an appeal for cases or delayed disposals and rejections. You can visit Sakala website and click on “APPEAL I” tab to raise appeal in sakala. The competent officer will hear your appeal and deliver the rightful verdict. If verdict goes in favour of citizen than the citizen will receive the service
