I too was in a similar situation to yours. When I applied for Khata transfer, my application was rejected without proper reason and staff in the BBMP office was not very supportive

I suggest, don't contact the BBMP officer or visit the BBMP office. instead, refile the application online in Sakala Online Services.

Make sure that you upload clear PDF of following documents 

• Sale deed (If registered through GPA/POA/SPA, attach a copy at the last page of sale deed)

• Current financial tax paid receipt 

• Latest Encumbrance certificate (EC)

• Occupation Certificate or seller’s Khata

Use your aadhaar to e-sign the application

Your application should be approved in 30 working days. In case the application is not approved or demands bribe, Call Sakala customer care 080-44554455 and file complaint on the same. 

The Sakala customer care talks to Area Revenue officer (ARO) and expedites your application. Most of the BBMP staff are very active and honest once we liaise with Sakala customer care.
