Check whether the land in question is included in the data bank. If the said land is included in the data bank and if there is no land suitable for building a house elsewhere in the district in your name or in respect of  your family members, a maximum of 10 cent will be allowed to be converted for building a house. For this, submit an application in Form-1 before the Agriculture Officer.
