You can contact the nearest Village Office/Thahasildar Office /Village Revenue Officer etc. or Common Sevice Centre like Akshaya/Nadakacheri/Meeseva etc. to know the status of it. As you have not mentioned about the State, I cannot exactly help you with the department.

If you are from Maharashtra, follow the below steps to track the status of Caste Certificate in Maharashtra.

Track Status Caste Certificate Maharashtra Aaple Sarkar

  • Enter Department Name as "Revenue Department"

  • Enter Sub Department as "Revenue Services"

  • Enter the Certificate as "Caste Certificate"

  • Enter the Application ID to track the status of Caste Certificate

  • Visit Nadakacheri website

  • Click on "Online Application"

  • From the drop-down menu, select "Application Status"

  • Enter the Acknowledgment number that starts with RD..

  • Click on "Get Status" to know the status of your application
