Your parent's caste is mentioned in their SSLC Certificate (10th Marksheet). You can use this to apply for the Caste certificate. If you have any other documents which mention the caste of your parents then you can use that document as well.

If the applicant has passed the 10th Standard, he/she can use the SSLC certificate to apply for the Caste Certificate.
