Following documents are required to file an appeal:
-
Copy of the official notification/speaking order of the RPO decision against which appeal is being filed like the impound/revocation order, intimation of application rejection/passport refusal.
-
Nominee authorization form in case the appellant deputes someone else to appear for hearing and interact with CPV on his/her behalf (applicable in certain cases like aged/medically unfit/ illiterate appellants).
-
Other supporting documents (if any) relevant for the appeal.
