Kindly fil the online application form and upload the documents in the check list, complete the e-sign process and your 15 digit BB or GSC acknowledgement number shall be generated. visit: http://sakala.kar.nic.in/online/bbmp/registration.aspx

it is not required to submit the physical documents 

Even though you uploaded all the required documents on Sakala Online service but still few BBMP officials call and ask to submit physical copy because they may have an opportunity for personal benefit 

If any issue with submitted documents on sakala portal, you can share the updated documents through Whatsapp to BBMP official. 

If necessary, you may esculate the issue to sakala customer care service 080-44554455, they are active and supporting to address your concern.
