Add the 4th person name in deed and apply for khata transfer.
It's very important to incorporate the name in Deed before proceed with khata tranfer.
Khata certificate and extract are issued based on the names registry details (Deed and EC)

But I am not receiving any sms for each stage as mentioned in sakala FAQs. I have checked the acknowledgment slip and my phone number details are correctly provided. After uploading documents and aadhar authentication, without showing the acknowledgement page, it switches back to login page again. I have tried several times from chrome and IE.
