I am unable to login to the ihmcl for fastag kyc. I have a fastag from Airtel bank. The site is showing that my number is even not registered. What to do?

For Bank FASTag:- You have to contact the concerned Bank FASTag helpline number/visit Bank official FASTag page. 

For NHAI FASTag only:- Visit fastag.ihmcl.com in case of NHAI FASTag/Wallet, you need to login on this page then click on my profile option to proceed further.

I talked to the bank representative too but he didn't give me any solution. He just said there is no notification for airtel payment Bank to do so , yet. Please help me if my fastag is about to be expired in these circumstances.
