ഭൂമി വിലക്കെടുക്കല്‍ ആക്ട്‌ പ്രകാരമാണ് പഞ്ചായത്ത് വസ്തു ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്നതെങ്കില്‍ അതനുസരിച്ചുള്ള ഭൂമി വിട്ടു നല്‍കേണ്ടി വരും. അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ താങ്കളുടെ സമ്മതത്തോടെ മാത്രമേ വസ്തു ഏറ്റെടുക്കുവാന്‍ പഞ്ചായത്തിന് കഴിയുകയുള്ളൂ.
