Home |Kerala Land Registration | എന്റെ അമ്മച്ചിയുടെ മരണ ശേഷം ആ ഓഹരി എന്റെ സഹോദരങ്ങൾ ചേർന്ന് എന്റെ പേരിൽ എഴുതി തന്നു.എന്നാൽ എന്റെ ഒരു സഹോദരൻ മരിച്ചു പോയത് കൊണ്ടും ആധാരം എഴുതുന്ന സമയം ആ സഹോദരന്റെ വീട്ടുകാരുമായി ഞങ്ങൾ അടുപ്പവും ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു.ആയതിനാൽ അവർ ഇതിൽ ഒപ്പ്‌ ഇട്ടിട്ടില്ലായിരുന്നു.എന്നലിപ്പോ ഈ ആധാരം വെച്ച് ലോൺ എടുക്കണമെങ്കിൽ ആ സഹോദരന്റെ വീട്ടുകാരുടെ സൈൻ ഇല്ലത്തോണ്ട് ഭാവിയിൽ അവർ പ്രശ്നത്തിന് വരുമോ എന്നും ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് ഇനി എന്ത് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കും. ഇപ്പൊൾ ആ സഹോദരന്റെ വീട്ടുകാർക്ക് എതിർപ്പൊന്നും ഇല്ലാ.പുതിയ ആധാരം എഴുതേണ്ടി വരുമോ.അതോ മറ്റെന്തങ്കിലും മാര്ഗമുണ്ടോ ?

സഹോദരന്റെ അവകാശികൾ താങ്കൾക്ക്  ഒരുമുറിയാധാരം എഴുതി തരണം. മറ്റു മാർഗമില്ല.
