പന്ത്രണ്ട് വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു മാത്രമേ ലൈഫ് പദ്ധതിയിൽ ലഭിച്ച വീട് കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയൂ. അതിന് മുൻപ് വിൽക്കണമെങ്കിൽ ലഭിച്ച ധനസഹായം പലിശ സഹിതം തിരികെ അടക്കണം.
