1994 ലെ കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് രാജ് നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 238/ 1994 ലെ കേരള മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 412 അനുസരിച്ച് അപായകരമായ വൃക്ഷങ്ങളുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ ആവശ്യമായ മുൻകരുതൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിനാണ്/മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റിക്കാണ് അധികാരം. താങ്കൾ ഉന്നയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പ്രശ്‍നം പരിഹരിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്നതിനായുള്ള അപേക്ഷ താങ്കളുടെ ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്ത്/മുനിസിപ്പല്‍ സെക്രട്ടറിക്ക് നൽകുക.
