First, you need to register on the Goa Online portal.

Open Goa Online portal

Click on Register option in menu bar to register.

Enter your Email ID and Mobile number and click on Generate OTP.

Once the Email ID and mobile number is entered, the OTP will be sent for the verification on the given mobile number.

Once the OTP is verified enter Name as per Aadhar , Aadhar Number/ Virtual ID, click on I agree checkbox and click on Validate.

Aadhar No. once validated cannot be updated. Click on OK to proceed further

Enter desired username and set the password.

Reenter the password and captcha code and click on Register/sign up button.
Once you have registered, you can apply online for Form I and XIV in Goa.

Login to Goa online portal.

Enter Username and password and click on Login

Once the user is logged into the system, go to services and click on All services

Select District, Taluka and Village from the list.

Select Survey / Sub Div No. from the list and click on View.Details of Form I&XIV will be displayed.

Click on apply for digitally signed copy. Payment Request Confirmation & Payee details will be displayed.

Click on proceed to pay. You’ll be directed to secured payment portal.

Select payment mode(Credit Card,Debit Card,UPI etc..)

After successful payment ,digitally signed copy shall be made available for download only on verification of your application by the respective office
