E-Swathu is an online portal launched by the Karnataka government in 2021 to provide property details as well as ease the process of property taxation in rural areas of the State. The portal is designed to streamline and digitise works between gram panchayat, courts, town planning officers and other government departments. The National Informatics Centre in Karnataka manages the online platform while the Karnataka State government, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department govern it.

The primary aim of E-Swathu is to provide an easy solution to the residents and natives of Karnataka to access property-related documents and reduce the chances of property scams and document forgeries.
