ചിട്ടി വിളിച്ച തുകയിൽ നിന്നും GST ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്.  ചിട്ടിയുടെ  Foreman Commission തുകയുടെ 18%  ആണ് GST  ഈടാക്കുക. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന്  ഒരു ലക്ഷം സലയുടെ  ചിട്ടിയിൽ  Foreman  Commission 5000 (5%) രൂപയാണ്. ഇതിന്റെ 18%  അതായത് 900 രൂപ GST ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്.
