Owners of sites measuring up to 60ftx40ft need not obtain sanction for their building construction plan, but need to follow the building bylaws and rules framed by the civic body.

For the rest,building plan sanction will be generated in three days. After the licence and approved plans are generated, officials will complete their verification within 30 days. If they fail to conduct the inspection, it would be deemed to be authenticated.
