Below are the possible options to give POA

Option 1: Wife can give POA to husband so husband can travel to Bangalore for property registration 

Option 2: Husband can give POA to wife so wife can travel to Bangalore for property registration 

Option 3: Wife and husband can jointly give POA to own child so child can travel to Bangalore for property registration (child should be above 18+ years)

Option 4: 

Wife can give POA to her family members, like father, mother, brother, or sister

Husband can give POA to his family members, like father, mother brother or sister 

Two different POA to their respective family members so both the POA holder from their respective families should be present for property registration in Bangalore
