If the POA is for buying the property, the adjudication cost is Rs.200
If the POA is for selling the property, the adjudication cost is Rs.5% of selling price

Our suggestion: Use SPOA instead POA. The adjudication fee is Rs 200 irrespective of buying, selling, blood relative or non-blood relative.
