My and my husband are staying abroad and i have a property in my name in Karnataka which i intend to sell. Can i give POA to my husband (execute in the country i am staying in) so that my husband can travel to india and execute the sale on my behalf?

  During my marriage, my husband and his family had me sign power of attorney documents twice. Also, they asked me to sign deeds. He told me it was a gift. I was not shared most of these documents until I filed for divorce. After the divorced, he asked me to sign another power of attorney saying it is needed to transfer property back to him.
