എത്ര കാലത്തേക്കുള്ള encumbrance സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനാണോ താങ്കള്‍ അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കിയിരുന്നത് ആ കാലയളവില്‍ പ്രസ്തുത വസ്തുവില്‍ യാതൊരു പ്രമാണങ്ങളും നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ല എന്നാണ് NIL എന്നരേഖപ്പെടുത്തല്‍ കൊണ്ട് ഉദ്യേശിക്കുന്നത്.
