Using the corresponding 15 digit GSC (Acknowledgement number) you can raise an appeal in Sakala. Appeal hearing process will be completed in a month's span and based on appeal verdict either you will get the service or you can demand for compensation which will be Rs 20 per day post stipulated time upto a threshold of Rs. 500/.
