During this 12 month duration, If some cops caught me then Car transfer invoice (from packer & mover) is valid proof or not ? Q3. If after 12 month, I'm planning to re-registered in Bangalore RTO then any problem in this? Q4. What is previous state-paid road tax return process, RTO will return that amount, if yes then refund amount will come in 1st owner account OR my account?
