1.Go to nadakacheri office of your area.

2.Get the format of the family tree which would be available in the office

3. On a 20 Rs. estamp paper  type the details as per the format . Get this affidavit signed by a notary who normally charges 100 to 150 Rs.

4. Submit  this affidavit at the respective counter along with your current  tax paid  receipt. You need to pay 40 Rs.

5.The operator will enter the details in the computer as per the information provided in the family tree affidavit that you submitted.

6.Check the details entered.

7. Then, you will be issued an acknowledgement with an RD Number.

They say ,it takes 14 days to get the certificate. If are lucky enough ,you will get it. Otherwise you wont get anything ( Because, without paying bribe they may not process your application at all as in my case)

To help you out ,agents are available  out side the office ,who demand 6000 Rs, , and get you the certificate within 2 day(Including Preparing affidavit and notary signature).

If you prepare the affidavit ,then the agent may ask 3500/=Rs

I was forced to pay 3500 Rs
