I completed my DMLT 3 years ago but haven't received the Karnataka board's diploma certificate. I applied 3 times for that certificate and in online it shows as it's coming but I haven't received. What should I do?

I had purchased a flat in a apartment at vishweshwara Niagara Mysore during 2015 and got Katha changed to my name and was paying property tax regularly at Mysore one office at Jayanagara.
